Privacy policy

This page explains what we collect through fulldojo.com, why we collect it, who else handles it, and how to see, correct or delete it. Plain language, no surprises.

Who we are

FullDojo is a service of 11344811 Canada Inc. (ihsanTech). When this policy says "we" or "us", that's who it means.

Our person in charge of the protection of personal information answers questions about this policy and requests about your information. Write to contact@ihsantech.co.

What we collect, and why

When you fill in one of our forms (checking whether your city is open, or asking for early access), we collect your name, your gym and city, and your email address. We use them to reply to you, to tell you whether we can work with your gym, and to follow up about our service. Along with the form we record how you reached the site — campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), an ad click identifier if there was one, and the website that sent you — so we know which of our own ads and channels work.

When you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com, our scheduling provider. It collects your name, your email and anything you add in the booking form, and sends you the confirmation and reminders. We use it to hold the call and prepare for it.

Analytics and ad measurement — only if you agree. If you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and may load the measurement tags of the ad platforms we advertise on. They record which pages you visit, roughly where you are (from your IP address), the device and browser you use, and actions such as clicking "Book a call", booking, or sending a form. If you choose "Decline", or don't choose, none of these tools load.

Running the site. Our host, Netlify, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it to make automated decisions about you.

Cookies and similar technology

We don't set analytics or advertising cookies unless you accept them. We store your choice in your browser so we don't ask on every page, and we keep the campaign details mentioned above in your browser for the length of your visit so they can go with a form if you send one. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Pages with a booking button load Cal.com's booking widget. Cal.com's network provider, Cloudflare, sets a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm) to filter out automated traffic. It's needed for booking to work and isn't used to track you.

Who else handles it

Only the providers that run parts of the service for us:

• Netlify — hosts the site and stores form submissions.
• Cal.com — schedules calls.
• Google — Tag Manager and Analytics, only with your consent.
• Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta — ad measurement, only with your consent.

Some of these providers store information outside Québec and Canada, including in the United States. There it is subject to the laws of that country. Before sending personal information outside Québec we assess whether it will be adequately protected, as Québec law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep form and booking details for as long as we're talking with you about working together. If we don't end up working together, we delete them within two years of our last contact. If we do, we keep what we need for the length of the relationship and for any period the law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct anything that's wrong or incomplete;
• stop using it, or delete it — including withdrawing consent you gave us;
• in Québec, stop disseminating it or de-index it where the law allows.

Write to contact@ihsantech.co. We'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have further rights; ask and we'll honour them.

If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the authority where you live.

Security

Access to what you send us is limited to the people who need it to reply and work with you, on accounts protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that puts your information at risk, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Who this site is for

This site is for people who own or run martial arts schools. It isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

When we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll tell you before it applies.
